As with the carrier backpack, the habituation starts stationary: leave the stroller open at home with a familiar blanket, coax your pet in for a treat, then roll a few metres down the hallway before the first real outing. Always clip the internal tether and set the brake when stopped. The Oxford fabric cleans with a sponge and soapy water; let it dry open before folding it away to avoid odours.
