Shipping: times, costs and tracking
Dispatched within 24–72 h, delivered in 6 to 12 working days, free from €59. The dog will be at the window regardless; there is nothing we can do about that. Rundavo delivers to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg; prices are in euros and include VAT.

Delivery times run from the day your order is dispatched and are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Your order is packed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. In busy periods (sales, the run-up to Christmas), allow 1 to 3 working days more.
Where orders are sent from
It depends on the item. The Matteo and Labbvenn pieces and our printed textiles are made and shipped from inside the European Union. The rest of the range comes from our partners outside the EU, which is what the 6 to 12 working days covers. Depending on the items, an order may reach you in more than one parcel, at no extra cost, and each parcel has its own tracking number.
Tracking the parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order from your customer account. If the tracking has not moved for more than 5 working days, write to us at contact@rundavo.com.
The parcel has arrived
Open the parcel as soon as it arrives and check its condition. If it is damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours, with photos, so that we can open a claim with the carrier and offer you a solution (replacement or refund). This 48-hour window is a guide only and does not affect your statutory rights.
The address, read back once more
One letter out of place and the parcel goes back to the sender: read the address through before confirming your order. An order returned to us because the address was wrong or the parcel was not collected may be sent out again at your expense, or refunded minus the return costs charged by the carrier.
