Product safety

Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety requires an economic operator established in the Union to be identifiable for every product sold to European consumers. For products sold under the Rundavo brand, that operator is:

Reporting a concern

If a product seems unsafe, email contact@rundavo.com with the product, order number and a photo. We reply within 48 working hours and, where needed, withdraw or recall the product and notify the competent authorities.

Intended use

Our items are pet accessories. They are not children's toys, medical devices or safety equipment. Watch your animal during first use and remove any damaged item.
