A pea-sized amount before the walk puts a supple film between the pads and hot tarmac, salt, snow or abrasive ground; another in the evening feeds the skin while he sleeps. Round here the tin was first opened on a January evening on the doormat, road salt still in the fur, and it stayed on the hall table until August, for the four o’clock pavement. Beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil and calendula, no fragrance or colourant: if he licks his paws afterwards, it’s safe.
