The waterproof case hugs the tracker without bothering the animal and stands up to rain, mud and river swims; the reflective strap throws headlights back at night. Tracker not included. Several sizes and colours: measure the neck and add two fingers of ease.
A Bluetooth tracker is not a GPS: it reports the last known position whenever a compatible phone passes nearby, which works very well in town and far less in open countryside. Treat it as an extra safety net, never as a substitute for microchip identification, which is compulsory for dogs and cats in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Check the fit monthly on a young, growing animal.
