Dog Cooling Vest

Dog cooling vest soaked in the sink at nine: the evening walk stays cool, even in a heatwave.

Soak, wring, put on: through evaporation the vest stays cool for hours and lowers your dog’s felt temperature by several degrees, which matters on summer walks, for flat-faced breeds and for dark coats. Round here the routine is set: the vest sits in the sink while we hunt for the torch and the bags, and the dog is already at the door, nose on the handle. Three layers with no gel or chemicals, adjustable at neck and chest, machine washable at 30 °C.

Sizes S, M, L and XL, in orange or green. Measure back length (withers to tail base) and chest girth behind the front legs, then check the size chart in the photos. Machine washable at 30 °C.

Soak the vest for two minutes in cold water, wring it until it stops dripping, then put it on: a sopping vest clings to the coat and blocks evaporation. Re-wet it as soon as it turns lukewarm, roughly every two hours in real heat. It does not replace the basics: walk early or late, test the tarmac with the back of your hand and offer cool water freely. Store it dry so it never smells.

He will refuse the wet vest on the first try, then refuse to take it off; we have seen both. Fourteen days to send it back if the size is wrong.
